אמר רבי יוחנן לא קשיא הא ר"מ והא רבי יהודה
and so also if there was a profit, the profit would be enjoyed by him,'<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., the agent. ');"><sup>2</sup></span> but in another Baraitha it was taught that 'if there was a loss, he would sustain the loss, but if there was a profit, the profit would be divided between them.'<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., between principal and agent in accordance with the original arrangement.
